The brief
A delivery operation runs on speed and trust: orders have to reach the right rider fast, customers expect accurate ETAs, and every rupee of cash-on-delivery has to be accounted for. Spreadsheets and phone calls couldn't keep up.
What we built
A web platform with a live dispatch board, rider assignment, order status tracking across hubs, and a COD and payout module that reconciles what each rider collected against what they deposited.
