The brief
Setting up and running a company in the UAE means dealing with many separate agencies. Get My Serv wanted one place where a business owner could search for any corporate service, compare packages and send a request, and where providers could sign up and receive that work.
What we built
A custom marketplace with search by keyword and category, priced service packages with a cart, enquiry and assistance-request flows, customer login, and a separate provider sign-up. Offer pages show exactly what each package includes, such as a business launch from AED 4,888 with licence, MOA and bank letter.

The challenge
What we were up against.
Starting a company in the UAE means a trade licence, a lease, MOA and AOA, a bank account and visas, then bookkeeping, VAT and corporate tax every year. Usually each one comes from a different agency, with its own price and its own process.

Too many agencies
Business owners had no single place to find, compare and buy the services they needed.

Prices behind a phone call
Most providers only quote after a call, which makes comparing slow and stops people who just want to know the cost.

Two audiences, one platform
The marketplace had to work for businesses buying services and for providers listing them, each with a different journey.

Start with search
Keyword search with trending terms such as Bookkeeping and Contract Drafting, plus browsing by 14 company-setup categories and a separate set of legal services, from notary and attestation to franchise onboarding.

Put the price on the page
Every package lists what is included and what it costs: a business launch from AED 4,888 with licence, MOA/AOA, lease and bank account setup, or accounts and filing from AED 600.

Give buyers three ways in
Add a package to the cart, send an enquiry, or ask for assistance, so people who have decided and people who are still unsure both have a path. A six-step "how it works" explains what happens next.

Give providers their own door
Provider registration is kept apart from customer login, so the supply side can grow without cluttering the buyer's journey.
